Journal - What are the pros and cons to photo editing? What are some examples of when photo editing is fun and appropriate? When can photo editing be inappropriate or too much?
Some pros are that it makes an ordinary picture look cooler than what it really was. A con is that it could completely change the original picture to something it wasn't. An example of it being fun is when you want to post a picture to say Instagram and make it stand out. That's fun and enjoyable. When it is inappropriate the picture has been altered so much, that the people are no longer real, but much, much better looking versions of themselves. Then it just becomes lying and not fair. You see examples of this a lot on Facebook Instagram etc and it kinda makes me angry because you know its not what the person really looks like.
